Along with our Forest for All NYC partners, we share a vision of a healthy urban forest that benefits all New Yorkers!
We are excited to announce that the city is creating the first ever city-wide urban forestry plan, which will focus on best practices in maintaining and expanding the tree canopy and community engagement.
We hosted a series of workshops that gave New Yorkers the opportunity to have their voices heard as they shared their opinions and provided input in the development of the urban forestry management plan. Workshops and webinars were hosted in partnership with Forest for All NYC and sponsored by The Nature Conservancy.
