Learn About the ISA Arborist Certification Process! In this session, Luana Vargas will showcase ISA’s industry credentials, talk about different career pathways, and share tips on taking ownership over your professional development.
Luana Vargas started her forestry engineering studies at University of Brasília, Brazil, and had many opportunities and mentors along the way. Today, she has a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Sciences in Education from University of Illinois, is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist® and an ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development. She oversees the International Society of Arboriculture’s (ISA) portfolio of credentials with over 52,000 credentials held worldwide—helping advance ISA's mission to promote the professional practice of arboriculture and foster a greater worldwide awareness of the benefits of trees.
